CABINET ENDS

  • Exposed ends 1/2" 45# premium particle board

  • All wall cabinet ends rabbeted to receive tops, bottoms

  • Base cabinet ends are rabbeted to receive floor and intermediate shelf

  • Doors -Five piece oak square frame door with plywood panel in rabbet. All joints tennoned and coped, profile: back beveled

  • Drawer Heads -Solid kiln dried oak -3/4" thick,profile: back beveled

DRAWERS

  • 7/16" fiberboard basecoated, printed, topcoated (4 sides)

  • Bottom 1/8" hardboard, matches interior Sides rabbet joint machined all four corners

  • All joints glued and power nailed

WALL CABINET AND BASE CABINET SHELVING
  • Shelving 5/8" premium particle board with front edge smooth, fully adjustable in all wall cabinets
  • Due to plumbing considerations, there is no shelving in sink bases or vanities
  • Base shelf is half depth

WALL CABINETS TOP AND BOTTOM

  • Wall cabinets not less than 1/2" 45# particle board
  • Let into sides and face frame All joints glued and power nailed

BASE CABINET FLOORS

  • Base cabinet not less than 1/2" 45# particle board
  • Let into sides and face frame All joints glued and power nailed Back of floor set on supporting member, glued and fastened

HARDWARE

  • Self-Closing, 110 degree opening concealed hinges.
  • Drawer slides - side mount, 75 Ib load capacity, epoxy coated, self-closing

CABINET BACKS

  • All back are 1/8" standard hardboard

FINISH

  • Conversion Varnish -a hard durable finish that is non-yellowing and offers excellent chemical resistance
  • All exposed interior sides, shelving and wall cabinet bottoms, GrandLam clad (except hang rail)
  • Cabinet has been tested and certified by National Kitchen Cabinet Association as meeting American National Standards Institute specifications ANSI 1611
